To further upgrade mould accuracy and scale production capacity, Joinect has newly introduced Makino high-precision EDM machines. The advanced equipment delivers ultra-fine machining for complex mould cavities, narrow blind spots and multi-layer stacked joints, achieving an ultra-smooth surface finish of 0.9μm Rz (0.28μm Ra). This significant upgrade effectively eliminates machining defects and greatly improves the structural stability and service life of terminal blocks.
